Like all places our feedback varies -’ you cannot please all of the people all of the time’, but we try! We  have been consistently rated the top hostel (on Hostelbookers) in Inverness for many years. We also listen to what our customers say and act on it. We have just finished a major refurbishment (2010/11) and have incorporated many suggestions by customers.

The kitchen was very nice and clean, and tidy at all times. The bathrooms were also always clean, and the showers worked great – always hot water! The rooms were perfectly ok, and the bed was really comfy. Anonymous, 20th April 2011. Overall rating: 95%

The surrounding scenery was nice and it was quiet at night, which is just the way I like things. It’s close enough to the city centre and there are plenty of places around to eat. It’s just a bonus that it’s right next to the castle! Anonymous, 27 April 2011 for 3 nights . Overall rating 95%
