Due to COVID-19 and following the recent measures taken by the government, we took the difficult decision to close the Bazpackers hostel as the safety of our staff and guests is our utmost priority.
No positive cases of coronavirus have been reported in our establishment and we will make sure to limit any risk until our complete imminent closure by taking further drastic measures.
This decision saddens us very much as we exist for the people, you dear friends from across the globe, coming to visit our beautiful Highlands.
Hosting, meeting, sharing as well as giving a unique experience have always been our top priority.
But today, there is a new and vital priority.
As a hostel, we truly think to have a social responsibility and by closing, we are hoping to help a little reducing the strain on the NHS.
After 24 years of uninterrupted opening, we will be officially closed from March 24th 2020 (11 am) until May 31st 2020 (included).
We will be reviewing the situation on a regular basis and if necessary and will change the dates accordingly.
What does it mean for you?
-You won’t be able to book with us from March 23rd and May 31st 2020.
-All non-refundable bookings between March 24th and May 31st 2020 will be cancelled and refunded.
Due to a large number of refunds we have to process, please allow 10 to 15 business days to appear on your bank account.
Do not hesitate to get back to us if you don’t see your refund after that time.
-All flexible/Standard rate bookings will be cancelled.
Again we are sorry for all the inconvenience caused and we would like to truly thank you for your understanding as well as to wish you the very best during the unprecedented times the world is going through.
All together, we will make it and soon or later, will be back stronger!
We cannot wait to have you back with us, hopefully soon! We will keep you posted regarding the exact date.
As for now, stay safe, positive and strong!
