The Moray Coast and Lossiemouth

A train ride east from Inverness to Elgin and then a short bus journey north to the coast will take you to the small seaside town of Lossiemouth. The town is located at the mouth of the River Lossie making it a great spot to see many different types of wading birds such as oystercatcher, grey heron and curlew in their natural habitat and allowing easy access to the large sandy beach with its views back into town and over the Moray Firth.
